In 2016, I started working my first job out of college. 4 weeks later they brought a girl onto our team to be my partner-in-crime in the sales world. Both of us quickly ascended to the top 1 and 2 producers in the office, competing against each other every week to see who would be better. A connection started to form between us that would prove to be difficult to ignore. Ignorant of each other’s affection and promptly discouraged from co-workers over the next year, Pandora’s box finally opened after I made the first move. The rest is history…

Just your typical "Jim and Pam story". I moved to Nashville in August of 2016 and started my first corporate job out of college. On my first day of the job, they sat me down at a cubicle facing Garrett and his desk. We got to know each other very quickly sitting face to face every day. We learned that we both can quote movies like no other, we both have loud “phone” voices, and we work well together as a team. I instantly began crushing on Garrett: texting my friends everyday after work to tell them the funny/cute thing he did that day, meeting his friends that would come to town and coercing them to tell me if Garrett had a crush on me too or not, staying an extra 5 minutes after work happy hours to spend some more time with him. After almost two years of waiting for Garrett to make his move over late night hotdogs- I finally caved and made the first move. Now we get to spend forever together!
