When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Bay Pointe Inn. Guests on-site can check in at 4:00pm, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available for guests at Bay Pointe Inn. Overnight guests can park near their cottages or at the main lot.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code: formal; for those wearing dresses, please avoid a white dress-- a request from the bride; since the ceremony and reception are both on-site, bring a pair of dancing shoes to change into!

Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?

Absolutely-- please note any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and our caterers will accommodate.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We'll have a full bar available during cocktail hour and reception. The bar will close at 12:00am, with last call at 11:50pm.

What is the best airport or travel option?

Answer

Bay Pointe Inn is about: -35 minutes from Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR-Grand Rapids, MI) -2 hours from Detroit Metro (DTW) Car rentals and ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are available from Grand Rapids.

Will transportation be provided from airports/ outside hotels?

Answer

If you're flying in to GRR Friday evening limited shuttle service may be provided-- please check back closer to the date for details. For those staying off site at designated locations, shuttle service will be provided for the ceremony/ reception.
