Garrett and Molly met on Bumble in June of '21, when Molly made the first move with a simple message: “cute doggo!” and Garrett replied, “Thanks, yours is pretty cute too!” and just like that, their story began. What started with a conversation about their dogs quickly turned into building a life together alongside their four-legged best friends, Theo and Luna. A month after meeting each other, Molly invited Garrett to her family’s annual 4th of July trip to Door County. He jumped right into the chaos, met her family for the first time, and fit right in. That trip was when Molly knew - if he could handle a family vacation that early on, he was definitely a keeper! From there, the adventures continued: day trips to state parks, a weekend in the Porcupine Mountains, skiing and snowboarding, a memorable road trip to Colorado to show Molly Garrett's hometown, Spring Break in Vegas, exploring the Bourbon Trail and most recently, their first time out of the country together. In July of '24, Garrett popped the question in Door County during the annual 4th of July trip. He took Molly back to Peninsula State Park, to the exact spot where they had watched the sunset on his very first trip with her in '21, and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. Molly’s family was back at the condo ready to celebrate the newly engaged couple! Now, after years of adventures, laughter, memories, and a whole lot of love, Molly and Garrett are so excited to celebrate this next chapter. Cheers!
