We both went to Illinois State and somehow shared mutual friends for almost two years without ever crossing paths. Honestly, it felt like God knew we weren't ready yet. We needed to grow up a little first. We finally started texting and hung out for the first time. From the moment I saw her, I knew she'd be my wife. We talked for hours about success, growth, family, and chasing big goals... both relieved we'd finally found someone who thought the same way. Covid hit a week after we met and we were 4 hours away from each other for months. Once we were both back in Bloomington, we officially started dating 13 days later on June 13th 2020. We celebrated our 1-month anniversary in La Jolla, California (sorry Michelle's parents... you didn't know about that one 😅). Six years later, here we are. We can't wait to celebrate the wedding with you & tell you even more about our story!

Los dos fuimos a Illinois State y de alguna manera compartimos amigos en común por casi dos años sin jamás cruzarnos. La verdad, sentimos que Dios sabía que aún no estábamos listos. Necesitábamos madurar un poquito primero. Por fin empezamos a textearnos y nos vimos por primera vez. Desde el momento en que la vi, supe que ella sería mi esposa. Platicamos por horas sobre el éxito, el crecimiento, la familia y perseguir metas grandes... los dos aliviados de por fin haber encontrado a alguien que pensara igual. El Covid llegó una semana después de que nos conocimos y estuvimos a 4 horas de distancia el uno del otro por meses. Una vez que los dos regresamos a Bloomington, empezamos a andar oficialmente 13 días después, el 13 de junio del 2020. Festejamos nuestro primer mes de aniversario en La Jolla, California (perdón, papás de Michelle... ese no se los contamos 😅). Seis años después, aquí estamos. ¡No podemos esperar a celebrar la boda con ustedes y contarles aún más de nuestra historia!
