What is for dinner?

Answer

Our Great Friend Zack Kelsey will be making dinner for us! We've come up with a BBQ style dinner. We will plan to have vegetarian options as well

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Absolutely! We have prepared the wedding invitations to include the kiddos we know that our guests may have, but please let us know if you are or are not bringing the kiddos that way we have a head count.

What is the dress code?

Answer

May is usually a pretty warm month here in Colorado, so please do not hesitate to dress a little bit casual. I would rather you all be comfortable and not dying of heat. I would suggest maybe a dress for women, maybe a nice top and some shorts. For men, something along the lines of nice pants and a t-shirt or shorts with a nice top.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony start time is set for 3:00! Guests should arrive about 30-45 minutes before, that way you have enough time to get settled in a seat.

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

There is no seating chart. This is to ensure that our guests have the most comfortable time at our wedding.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is at the same venue as the ceremony, so there will not be a need to go anywhere in between events.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The venue that we have chosen ends all music and partying at 10 PM sharp. Everyone will need to be finding a way out of the venue either before or at 10.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

The invitations that were sent to you have an "RSVP" card with a QR code on it. If you scan that QR code with your phone's camera or on a QR site, you should be able to be directed to this wedding website to snag your spot. For any other questions about how to RSVP please contact me so i can get your questions answered.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Of course! We want you to have the memories just as well as us. We just ask that you do not post any pictures or videos on social media until we do.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, the registry is on this wedding website. Although gifts are not required by any means, they are greatly appreciated!

Where should I stay?

Answer

I have attached a couple of hotels and an air bnb on the website for some suggestions if you are planning on staying close by. You also can look up hotels close by in Fruita and Grand Junction Colorado if you would like to do some research of your own. I have suggested an air BNB if you are interested in pitching in with friends or family to all stay there.

Is there parking available at the on site at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available, but if you are able to carpool, i would recommend that in order to give everyone a parking spot.
