ACCOMMODATION
We've arranged hotel room blocks for our guests. Please get in touch with us to find out which hotel you've been allocated before booking, and kindly avoid booking Airbnbs unless we've discussed it with you. Shuttles will run from selected hotels on Saturday.
GETTING THERE
Long Eddy, Callicoon, and Roscoe are around 2.5 hours from New York City. We recommend carpooling or having a car for the weekend. Guests are responsible for their own transport on Friday and Sunday. Shuttles will run from designated pickup points on Saturday.
CHILDREN
Nannies will be available throughout Saturday, including during the ceremony and into the evening. We'd love to keep the ceremony as child-free as possible, but we understand that's not possible for every family. If your child joins the ceremony and becomes unsettled, we kindly ask that you step out briefly so everyone can enjoy this special moment. Thank you for your understanding.
