Covid-19 Considerations

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to check in and let you know your health and safety are our top priority. As vaccine distribution becomes more widely available, we ask that anyone who is eligible and would like to join us for the wedding get the vaccine to help ensure safety for all of our guests. We will also continue to monitor mask guidelines and follow suit with what is recommended by the state of Washington. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 3:30 - 3:45 pm to mingle and enjoy some pre-ceremony refreshments. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm.

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have hotel rooms blocked at The Best Western, Oak Harbor. We also recommend exploring Airbnb/VRBO rentals if you are planning to stay on Whidbey Island for the long weekend. If you are coming from Seattle or Bellingham you can also choose to travel home that night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot located onsite at our venue and our ceremony and reception are in the same location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend wearing cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be held outside so plan for sunny weather and an outfit that will let you dance all night long.
