While we love your little ones, our wedding week is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
The dress code for our wedding is "I want to be formal but I'm here to party, too." For those who aren't Talladega Nights aficionados... that means semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses (gowns are great too!), and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, a sports coat, or a tux if that makes you happy.
Our wedding is RSVP only with a limited guest list. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Yes! Transportation will be provided. In fact, it's the only way to and from the venue on the wedding day. Shuttles will leave from the Valet of the Hilton Beachfront Hotel. Departure Schedule Family members of the bride or groom: Please arrive at the Hilton at 1:45pm as we request to take some pictures with your smiling faces! Other guests: Please arrive at the Hilton at 2:45pm for the only other departure to the venue. Shuttle Return Schedule: The shuttle will take guests back to the Hilton leaving the venue at 8pm, 9pm, or the last shuttle which will depart just after 10pm. Please be sure to head to the shuttle after the DJ tells us we can party no longer.
There is no parking for the ceremony or reception. That's why we're providing a shuttle service to and from the venue all day and night for you!
Please RSVP to all events by August 1st, but the earlier the better.
