WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION Parking at both the ceremony and reception is extremely limited and involves a walk. We encourage all who are able to take our provided transportation in an effort to reduce vehicles and ensure safety. ~~~ On Saturday 7/19, buses will pick up guests (please be ready and waiting!) at: 3:00 pm from The White Mountain Hotel AND 3:40 pm from the Snowvillage Inn (Inn at Crystal Lake guests should plan to walk to the ceremony (.1 mi / 2 mins) but will have seats reserved for them on the buses to the reception and back to the Inn at the end of the reception.) At 10:00 pm (end of the reception), buses will drive guests to one of three (3) locations: The White Mountain Hotel, the Snowvillage Inn, or the Inn at Crystal Lake B&B. ~~~ An on-demand shuttle will be available at the reception to drive guests to their cars or to lodging in the area (within 20 minutes).

What shoes should I wear?

The reception is on grass and under a tent, so please wear shoes that are comfortable for and walking on grass, and for dancing!

It’s always wise to bring a layer for summer evenings in South Conway! The current forecast is predicting high 70s/low 80s during the day and high 50s/low 60s at night.

Will there be an After Party?

Answer

Night owls: bring your swimsuit for a post-reception lake plunge and campfire! An on-demand shuttle will be available after 10pm to drive you to lodging in the area (within 20 minutes).
