We're getting married!

Garrett met Brooklyn during a W.S.U. football tailgate when he was visiting for the weekend in October of 2017. It was her senior year and he had graduated two years prior, but the two never crossed paths. When he spotted her from across the party, he knew he had to meet her so he asked a mutual friend to introduce them. After trying to get her attention a few times, Garrett was able to secure her digits. They talked back and forth over the phone for the next couple months, and during Brooklyn's winter break Garrett persuaded her to join him at a New Year's Eve party in Seattle. When the ball dropped at midnight, he sealed the deal with their first kiss and they knew it was meant to be!

Garrett surprised Brooklyn with a trip to Salish Lodge on top of Snoqualmie falls for their 4-year anniversary. They checked in, got situated, and Garrett suggested they go check out the waterfall. While they were making their way to the lookout, Garrett told Brooklyn how much he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with his soulmate. He got down on one knee and asked if she would make him the happiest man in the world by becoming his wife. Completely shocked, Brooklyn immediately shouted “YES!”, and the rest was history. We’re so excited to celebrate our love and the next chapter of our lives with you. See you in Chelan!
