Garrett and Breezy met through mutual friends at the University of Iowa in 2010. There was an instant friendship, and MANY laughs shared during their time in Iowa City, but it wasn't until a few years later their relationship progressed. After graduation, Garrett moved to Scottsdale, AZ and Breezy to Denver, CO, but kept in touch here and there. On a trip to Arizona in 2016, Breezy and Garrett reconnected and the rest was history. They continued to do a long-distance for 2 years until they decided to move back to Des Moines, IA in 2018.
