Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We ask all guests to RSVP no later than May 1st, 2026. This allows us to give a full headcount to our venue and vendors.

Question

Where is the Ceremony and Reception Taking Place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Willow Tree located in Tipp City. The ceremony will be held in front of the large oak tree outside of the main house. Afterwards, the reception will be held within the barn behind the main house.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30PM. We are asking all guests arrive by 3:00PM so that all guests have time to park and settle into their seats before the ceremony begins.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND?

Life happens and we understand! Please make sure to RSVP appropriately so we know our exact headcount. You will be so missed and we will celebrate extra in your place!

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

If you happen to be late, we ask that you please wait until the ceremony is over. Afterwards, you can attend the reception! Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phone away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great team of photographers and we will absolutely share all those photos with you afterwards!

WILL THERE BE A PHOTO OP FOR FAMILY WITH NEWLY WEDS?

Answer

Yes! We are asking that the bridal party and family members to stay after the ceremony for quick photos while other guests head to the reception for cocktail hour!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Please no jeans, white, off-white, ivory or cream colors. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area-please take this into account when choosing your shoes!

WHAT COLOR IS THE BRIDAL PARTY WEARING?

Our lovely bridal party will be in shades of blue ranging from navy to light blue.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If you have received a "Plus One", it will appear in the formal invitation! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. The only exception are the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope this doesn't create a hassle for you as we just want you to relax and have fun with us!

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

Yes! We are supplying the alcohol, however there will be a limited supply of drinks. Drinks will only be served to those that are 21 and older. We want everyone to relax and have fun, however we want there to be enough to go around. Our bartender has been instructed to stop serving alcohol if they believe too much has been consumed and/or you become a liability. Your understanding is appreciated!

SINCE THERE WILL BE ALCOHOL, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. As such, the venue allows guests to leave their vehicle overnight and will need picked up by 10:00AM the next morning, per the venues request.

WHAT FOOD WILL WE BE SERVING?

Answer

There will be a pasta bar adjoined by salad, breadsticks, and other appetizers during cocktail hour.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot and once that is full, there is extra grass for guests to park in. The host of the venue will be directing traffic and showing everyone where they need to park. Please listen and follow his directions when you arrive!

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE FOR MOBILITY AIDS?

Answer

Our venue is accessible to all! As stated, our ceremony is in a grassy area but will be mowed, flat and not far from a paved area. Afterwards, there are pathways from the ceremony location to the barn where the reception is being held.

is smoking permitted?

Answer

There is a dedicated smoking area with a outdoor ashtray provided. The venue ask that only tobacco is products are smoked on the premises. We appreciate everyone's understanding and compliance.

what will the weather be like?

Answer

Ohio is known for unpredictable weather, however lets pray for perfect weather! Our event is during the end of July and past years have shown that the weather can be in the low 70's to mid-80's. Our ceremony starts later in the day, which means that the temperature will start to get cooler and guests will be shaded by the large oak tree.

How can i contribute to your honeymoon?

Answer

The greatest gift of all if your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we will have a card box or you can check out our registry! Any contribution, big or small, will not go unrecognized.
