What section of the resort should I pick?
Answer
There are 4 sections available at this resort: Daisy, Eden, El Beso, and Privilege. 1. Daisy is great for families with kids under 7 since it is right by the kids splash park. Also includes kid amenities in the rooms. Cannot access El Beso or Privilege section. 2. Eden is closer to the beach with direct pool access. Cannot access El Beso or Privilege section. 3. El Beso is the adult-only section with direct pool access to an adult-only pool. Cannot access Privilege section. 4. Privilege is the VIP section (children welcome). Cannot access El Beso section.

How much is the deposit and when is it due by?
Answer
Deposit is $200 per person and is due by November 17th, 2024. We suggest checking with your credit card company to see if you have cancellation insurance before putting the depost down, as it is non refundable. After that, you are still welcome to join, but you might not get the same rate. There is also a certain amount of rooms held in each section, which will be first come first serve.

What if I am not flying through Edmonton?

For our Canadian guests that are not flying through Edmonton, please reach out to Geneva directly for prices. For our US guests, you have 2 options: 1. Book the land package through Geneva and flights seperately. OR 2. Book seperatly for flight and stay - just make sure to have your names added to our group through the resort so they know you are part of our party. Please reach out to Geneva for more information and prices.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

Cancellation Policy: • More than 60 days to departure: loss of deposit $200 per person • 59 days to 21 days to departure: 50% of package price • 21 days and less to departure: full loss of funds For all other changes (room category changes, flight changes, date changes): • More than 90 days to departure: increase in fare • 89 to 60 days to departure: $150 fee (+ tax) and increase in fare • 59 to 21 days to departure: $300 fee (+tax) and increase in far • 21 days and less to departure: no changes

We are delighted to welcome you to our destination wedding and want you to know that children are absolutely welcome to join! While they are not required to partake in the wedding activities, the resort offers wonderful child and teen centers that provide plenty of fun and engaging activities. Please just let us know if they are attending as we have limited space and want to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

While we would love for everyone to stay at the same resort, we understand that you may have other preferences. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please let us know so we can keep you informed of any updates and ensure you don't miss any part of the festivities. We will also need to ensure the proper 'Guest Pass' is purchased and waiting for you at the front desk on your arrival.

We are pleased to offer convenient airport transportation as part of the vacation package. Upon our arrival, a shuttle service will be available to take us directly to the hotel. This service ensures a smooth and hassle-free journey, allowing you to relax and start enjoying your stay right away.
