Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 4/28/2025. This will give us ample time to prepare for the festivities! Thank you for your timely responses!

Question

Wait, I thought her name is Gabi?

Answer

My given first name is Montana. Some friends and family know me as Gabi since I went by my middle name Gabriel throughout school. Some family call me Montana. I love both names so call me what you are used to. I’ll be using Montana for some of the wedding related events but I’ll always respond to both names.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to secure your seats.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have 50 reserved parking spaces. You may also drop off guests at the front of the Highlands House via the circular driveway.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving wood-fired pizza along with salad and a few other appetizers. Our caterers can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free diets. Please let us know if you have any allergies or preferences and we will notify the kitchen!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "garden attire." Garden attire is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for an outdoor setting. We suggest light, breathable fabrics in soft colors or floral patterns. Ladies, think flowy dresses or skirts paired with comfortable shoes like wedges or flats. Gentlemen, a light-colored suit or dress shirt with dressy shoes that work well on grass will fit right in. The goal is to be stylish while staying comfortable and practical for the garden setting. Note that it will likely be very warm, so dress accordingly.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Please see our Registry page on this website.

Question

Will the wedding be outside or inside?

Answer

Most of the day will take place outside. We will have fans available and umbrellas over the reception lawn. Dancing, bar, and cocktail hour appetizers will be indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding venue is in the Santa Cruz mountains. The average high for June is 83 degrees and the average low is 48 degrees. Please plan to bring a coat for after the sun sets.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one/ guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to budget and venue constraints, we ask that the only attendees be formally invited guests.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar that includes beer, wine, cider, and canned cocktails. Additionally, there will be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages available.
