FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 14, 2026. If we do not receive a response by that date, it will be marked as “No.” We will miss celebrating with you; however, we must provide a final guest count to the venue and vendors within the timeline they have given us. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

How do I book my hotel accommodation?

Answer

As part of the RSVP process, you will be asked two simple questions regarding your preferred hotel arrangements. For guests choosing to stay at Timber Cove, the bride and groom have thoughtfully reserved a block of rooms on your behalf. Room assignments will be coordinated by the couple based on family size, so there is no need to call the resort or book online—your accommodations are already secured under their reservation. At check‑in, you will simply present your own credit card to assume financial responsibility for your room charges. This streamlined process ensures that all guests are comfortably accommodated without the usual reservation steps. For further details, including nightly rates at Timber Cove, please visit the Travel tab.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to “Your Name and Guest” if a plus one has been extended to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those indicated on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we hope you understand that our wedding and reception will be adults-only with the exception of those in our wedding party. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire. Please refer to the dress code tab on the website for additional information.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. In the event of rain, it will be moved indoors. Rain or shine, we will be saying “I Do!”

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you be fully present with us during this special moment by keeping cell phones and cameras tucked away in your purse or pocket. A professional photographer will capture every detail of our wedding. This request applies only to the ceremony—please feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
