Michael and I first came in contact on OK Cupid, an online dating app. I had been celebrating Independence Day with my wonderful friends and we got on the topic of relationships. Two of the couples (who are now married) told me their wonderful stories and how they met using this site, so I gave it a try. After many swipes left and lots of swipes up, I came across Michael's profile. We talked for a few weeks and decided to meet after the new year. I picked up Mike and we drove to Riverside where I took him to the Salted Pig, a gastro-pub. We had such a wonderful time that night. It was a very romantic evening while walking around downtown as the Christmas decorations were still up.
