We met at a church event where we were both leading worship team for our youth group. And though we started off as friendlyenemies the bond we created was inevitable. I was the match maker in what is now Emily’s dream marriage and couldn’t be happier for her.

Emily and I were always sat next to each other in every class we had together and were always there for one another. The fun memories and endless laughs we had disrupting the class will something I will cherish forever! I am so very grateful to be able to celebrate the love of Emily and Stephen and to be able to be a bridesmaid for the very first time with my high school bestie!:)

Hi my name is Kelly and I’m Emily’s cousin. My aunt and uncle adopted Emily into our family when I was 4 years old and Emily was 2. I’m so grateful for that because our family wouldn’t have been complete without her. We grew up together from having sleepovers, going on summer vacations together to Massanutten, and even attending the same churches. We have grown even closer throughout the years and I’m honored to be a bridesmaid to celebrate her and Stephen.

my name is maggie and i’m one of emily’s younger cousins. emily was probably 5 or 6 when i was born. once i got a bit older we were always like two peas in a pod, whatever emily did i wanted to do too. we loved spending our weekend nights with the most amazing grandparents, our Baba and Pa. a drift in the family happened and we didn’t have contact for nearly 10 years, but finally my freshman year of high school i could talk to my favorite cousin again. we texted almost everyday, im so glad we did because we are closer than ever now. i’m so glad i’ve been able to have this amazing woman to look up to for years. she’s always shared her love and happiness with others, she always cares about others. i knew stephen was right for emily because everytime she talked about him, her eyes light up so bright. i’m absolutely honored to be her bridesmaid and stand by her side on a day i know she’ll never forget.

Malik Perkins is Stephen's best friend, they've served together for 3 year while stationed in Okinawa Japan. In that time they have shared a long bond of brotherhood and comradery. Perkins is a great friend and Stephen considers him a brother.

My name is Joseph Hughes, I’ve lived with Stephen for two years and can confidently say he’s become family to me. I got the privilege of seeing Emily and Stephen forge their relationship together. Even though I may have not been happy to hear the love birds talk through the night, I’m extremely happy these two could find trust, love and home in one another.

Emily and Daniel have done everything in life together. They’ve been in similar classes when in school, shared the same friend group and also shared the same birthday. It’s not that they aren’t twins( hahah) but Emily wouldn’t want her brother to miss her big day. She is very blessed to have her twin brother on her big day

Matt is Stephen's oldest brother. Matt and Stephen had the opportunity to do a lot of fun things together growing up like paintball, dirtbikes and family vacations. Watching Stephen grow into the man he has become has been an awesome journey. Matt is very proud of the man his brother has become and looks forward to seeing him grow, spiritually and as a husband.

Alex is Stephens younger brother, Stephen and Alex share a really close bond. While Stephen was stuck in Japan, Alex and him played games mostly and figured out that their mind think very similar. They think their long lost twins.
