Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request guests to arrive anywhere between 3:30 - 4:15 as the ceremony will begin at 4:30. If you arrive after 4:25 we kindly ask you wait until the ceremony is done as to not interrupt. Reminder if you are staying at the Country Inn & Suites, a shuttle will be making two trips to bring you to the venue. One trip is leaving at 3:10 to drop off at 3:30 and the second trip is leaving at 3:55 to drop off at 4:10. There are two trips as we will not be able to fit everyone on one bus. If you wish to drive, you can park at the venue and either leave your car overnight to pick up the next morning. Please note, if you have anything to drink we ask you do NOT drive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests to wear formal attire. Make sure you feel comfortable so you can enjoy the day with us and are ready to dance! Please avoid wearing white/creams. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson which will include a shuttle to and from the venue. You can call 218-828-2161 and request a room from the Ysebaert/Garnes block! We recommend reserving a room right away to ensure you have a spot. If you are looking for alternative places to stay, please see list below *Alternative options will not include a ride to a from the venue*: - Grand View Lodge - Cozy Bay Resort - Good Ol Days Resort - Wilderness Point Resort - Breezy Point Resort - Arrowwood Lodge - Comfort Suites Rapid River Lodge - Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham

Can I get early check in at Country Inn & Suites?

Answer

Right now check in is at 3:00 P.M. Country Inn & Suites has confirmed it is likely that they can accommodate early check in but cannot guarantee it. They recommend calling ahead on the day of to confirm if early check in is available. You may want early check in if you are planning to get ready at the hotel before the ceremony. Reminder the ceremony will begin at 4:30 so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on-site parking at the venue! Once you arrive at the venue, please follow the signage to find parking. If you choose to drive, you can leave your car at the venue to pick up the next day. Note: there is a shuttle only going to Country Inn and Suites, so if you choose to stay another place please have a sober ride prepared.

Do I need to travel from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No extra traveling needed! The ceremony and reception will all be taking place at Catalyst.

Is transportation provided from Country Inn & Suites?

Answer

Answer

This will be an adults only celebration! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so lucky to have so many friends and family joining us to celebrate. Due to venue capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking our guests to sit back and enjoy the ceremony as we have hired a photographer and videographer! We promise to share any pictures and videos with you :) After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Pending weather we are planning to have the ceremony outdoors under the pine trees!
