Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Check the registry tab if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM, so please arrive before 3:15 to make sure you have time to park and find your seat.

Question

Is there a dress code?

The dress code will be cocktail attire. Weather at this time of year can be a bit unpredictable, so you may also want to bring something to keep warm when the sun goes down.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, but there will be gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options available.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking space on site at Valhalla. Vehicles can not be left at Valhalla overnight, and will need to be moved by 11:00 PM the night of the wedding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at Forest Suites Resort, we have rented a shuttle to take our guests to and from the wedding. Before the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up our guests from in front of the Forest Suites Resort lobby and leave for Valhalla at 2:50 PM. After the reception, shuttles will pick us up from in front of Valhalla to bring us back to the hotel.
