A block of rooms has be reserved at the Hampton in Doylestown for your convenience. Please call and book by September 2nd at the latest and mention the Fox/Garlick wedding to receive the special group rate. After this date availability is not guaranteed. Please note this is a first come first serve basis of reserving rooms!
Shuttle
October 3, 2025 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
A continuous shuttle will be running from the hotel (Hampton Inn Doylestown) to the reception venue (The Warrington) beginning at 5:30. Please try to fill the bus with each run the shuttle makes as we are expecting to transport many people. You will arrive at the cocktail hour early, please remain under the awning or within the lobby until you are welcomed into the cocktail hour!

A shuttle will be leaving the reception venue (The Warrington) at 10:55 PM for those who are not joining us for the after party and need to go back to the hotel. A continuous shuttle will be leaving the reception venue (The Warrington) starting at 11 PM for those who are attending the after party at M.O.M's in Doylestown. Please note, we may have many people to transport to after party- the bus is running a continuous loop but be mindful the drive is 12 minutes. If you do not want to wait this time for the bus to return feel free to Uber/Lyft to the after party once the reception has ended. The final shuttle will be leaving the bar around 12:30 AM to return to the hotel, after this point you must transport yourself back to the hotel/home via Lyft/Uber.
Travel Note
Please plan to arrive at the church by 3:15 PM for the 3:30 ceremony. Transportation will NOT be provided to the ceremony, so guests are kindly asked to arrange their own way there. The ceremony will end around 4:30 PM. From there, guests will have a short break before the reception begins. If you're staying at the hotel, you can head back to check in and freshen up. A continuous shuttle will begin departing from the hotel at 5:30 PM to take guests to the reception venue. It will go back and forth until all guests are transported. If you're not staying at the hotel, feel free to explore downtown or grab a drink nearby before making your way to the reception, which begins at 6:00 PM.
