FAQs

The Wedding Website of Garin Habeshian and Caitlin Sackrison
Here are some helpful things you might want to know before heading out to Sedona:
Question

What's the best way to get to Sedona from _(insert city)_?

Answer

We recommend flying into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and either renting a car or taking Groome shuttle to Sedona. Be prepared that the drive takes around 2 hours.

Question

How hot is it really going to be?

Answer

While much of Arizona is very hot in June, Sedona is a bit cooler due to its elevation and other geographical features. The average temperature for June 20th is 93 (high) and 58 (low), and the venue has told us that they find it's more 90 (high) and 53 (low). Since all wedding events will be in the late afternoon and evening, expect temperatures to be between the low 80s and high 60s. While the ceremony will be outside, all other aspects of the wedding are either fully indoors or indoor/outdoor optional.

Question

What is not on another part of this website that we should know about?

Answer

Sedona is designated as an IDSP (International Dark Sky Place), which means the stars are amazing at night! Our ceremony space will be converted to a general patio area for guests to view the stars throughout the evening reception, so take some time to step outside and enjoy the sky.

Question

Red Rocks, Aliens, Crystals, Vortexes, what is this place?

Answer

Sedona is a fun and quirky place, so we encourage you to take it all in. Whether that means getting your fortune told in uptown, signing up for some yoga classes, going to a vortex outlook, or just taking in the amazing sights of the Red Rocks, we hope you have a fun time enjoying this place we love so much.
