Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2024 so that we can provide a count of guests to our vendors. Thank you!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them all, and have to limit the children at our wedding to those in our immediate families. If your children are invited, their names will be included on your invitation. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you will be able to take the opportunity to have a night to yourselves and party with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation and RSVP will indicate if we were able to accommodate a plus one for you.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal. This means dresses, dressy separates, suit and tie, and collared shirts with dress pants are all acceptable options. The ceremony will be outside under a covered pavilion, cocktail hour will be outside, and the reception will be inside the main barn.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving by 4pm to give you plenty of time to find a seat!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There are two designated parking areas right next to the venue. The ceremony pavilion and reception barn are both close to the road and handicap accessible for anyone who may not want/be able to walk from the parking areas.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle is available from the Double Tree to Oak and Lace at 3:30pm. Shuttles will bring guests back to Double Tree starting at 9pm with the last shuttle at 11pm.
