Yes! We'd love to have you join for any events you're able to. Because we've done a buyout of Copper Creek Inn, we're taking advantage of spacing out the wedding weekend so we can spend more time with our friends and family.
Due to our venue capacity (that's dictated by a land trust) we're not able to have kids join for the weekend. If you're interested in finding babysitting services reach out to us and we'll let you know if anyone else is doing the same!
Yes! There will be spots to park cars on-property. Carpooling is appreciated.
Ashford is a small mountain community so there aren't hotels large enough to do this, but if you need help finding lodging just let us know. We suggest booking ASAP as this area books out in advance due to its proximity to the national park.
Yes! If it rains, we'll have pop-up tents to shield us from the elements.
Yes! Please let us know any allergies or restrictions so we can do our best to make sure you're taken care of by our caterers.
We did a camping road trip the summer of 2020 beginning in Seattle and ending in Los Angeles, making our way through several national parks in Washington—including Mt. Rainier! We fell in love with the area and are so excited to bring our loved ones together in the great outdoors.
We will be sending out digital invites via Paperless Post. If you can't find your invitation, please reach out to us.
Wear anything you want, we're just happy to have you at the wedding! This 'dress code' is mostly just to indicate that the ceremony will be a bit more casual than the dinner reception the next day, so feel free to wear your favorite floral summer dress, linen pants, etc. No need to wear a tie but if you have a cool tie you want to wear, by all means! Just have fun with it and be yourselves and we'll be happy. And if you enjoy a bit of direction, here's a Pinterest board for inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/nkliest/garden-attire/
