Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 31st. We need the names of all guests according to ID for ticket pick up.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola and Amazon.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 1:30 pm. The festival opens at 10 am. You are welcome to come early and enjoy the festival a little before the ceremony. Please accommodate time for traffic and parking as the festival does get busy.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is wedding casual. Wear what makes you comfortable. Keep in mind that the festival grounds are large and mostly dirt pathways. Renaissance or fantasy garb are encouraged but completely optional!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at Scarborough is free and open to all visiting the festival.

Can I bring a date? and Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, We are limited on our guest list count. Any guests and children have been added to your allowed RSVP count. Children of invited families should be included already, if we missed anyone please let us know! We do need to know the names of everyone coming for admission purposes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately we have a set menu with the provided catering. We have done our best to accommodate those we know of but we are unable to accommodate every allergy. There will be an event coordinator present to answer any questions and help you avoid known allergens. There are also tons of food options around the festival grounds that you are welcome to explore and enjoy after the reception.

What is on the menu for the reception?

Answer

At our reception we will be serving: Turkey legs and Pulled Pork Sandwiches Cesar Salad Fruit Potato Wedges Soft Drinks Domestic Wine and Ziegenbock Beer. Around the festival grounds you can find numerous food and beverage choices at your own expense.
