We kindly ask guest to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony so everyone is seated on time. For example: The ceremony begins at 3:30 pm, please arrive around 3:10 pm
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras way during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will be having a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If children are not listed on the invitation, we respectfully request that they not attend. Thank you for understanding!

While there wont be a dress code, we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Dresses, skirts, dress pants with a nice shirt, or similar outfits are perfect. Suits and ties are welcome but not required. We do ask that guests please avoid jeans and overly casual clothing.
Our send-off will take place around 10:30 PM, with the last song wrapping up around 10:55 PM. If you need to leave earlier, please feel free to slip out quietly—we completely understand. We’d love to spend the evening celebrating on the dance floor with you, and we’ll have plenty of time to connect after the wedding day.
Yes! There is plenty of parking located on the property for guest to utilize. There will also be a golf cart shuttle to provide assistance to those who may need it!
Yes! During cocktail hour, we’ll have light snacks and appetizers available for everyone to enjoy. While we won’t be having an open bar, we will have a selection of sodas, lemonade, and other non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the evening.

This is such a great question! Thankfully we are able to have the entire wedding; ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, at our venue. From time of arrival to end of the evening, we will be remaining at one location. Once ceremony is over, we will transition to a cocktail hour and then on to a reception. We decided not to reserve hotel blocks, as there are plenty of hotel options in the surrounding area to fit different budgets and preferences. This way, our guests can choose the accommodations that work best for them. We recommend booking early to ensure the best rates and availability.
