WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Answer

We kindly ask guest to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony so everyone is seated on time. For example: The ceremony begins at 3:30 pm, please arrive around 3:10 pm

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras way during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will be having a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If children are not listed on the invitation, we respectfully request that they not attend. Thank you for understanding!

ARE MY KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask those who are formally invited on the invite to attend. If you have a plus one, you will see them under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

WILL THERE BE A DRESS CODE

Answer

While there wont be a dress code, we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Dresses, skirts, dress pants with a nice shirt, or similar outfits are perfect. Suits and ties are welcome but not required. We do ask that guests please avoid jeans and overly casual clothing.

WHEN DOES THE NIGHT END?

Answer

Our send-off will take place around 10:30 PM, with the last song wrapping up around 10:55 PM. If you need to leave earlier, please feel free to slip out quietly—we completely understand. We’d love to spend the evening celebrating on the dance floor with you, and we’ll have plenty of time to connect after the wedding day.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! There is plenty of parking located on the property for guest to utilize. There will also be a golf cart shuttle to provide assistance to those who may need it!

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE DURING COCKTAIL HOUR?

Answer

Yes! During cocktail hour, we’ll have light snacks and appetizers available for everyone to enjoy. While we won’t be having an open bar, we will have a selection of sodas, lemonade, and other non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the evening.

We will not have an open bar at our wedding. Instead, we’ll be offering a variety of sodas, lemonades, and other non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy throughout the evening.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR THE DAY?

Answer

This is such a great question! Thankfully we are able to have the entire wedding; ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, at our venue. From time of arrival to end of the evening, we will be remaining at one location. Once ceremony is over, we will transition to a cocktail hour and then on to a reception. Please see schedule on website for more information!

We have a few different RSVP dates, please see invite for specific dates. If unable to find specific date, please reach out to Maddie at 608-852-2867 to confirm. When in doubt, please RSVP sooner rather than later!

Unfortunately, our numbers have already been finalized, and we are unable to accommodate responses after the deadline listed on the invite. As we have a few different deadlines, please look closely on invite for specific deadline. Please make sure to RSVP on the website or message Maddie at 608-852-2867 by the deadline! ARE THERE HOTEL BLOCKS

Answer

We decided not to reserve hotel blocks, as there are plenty of hotel options in the surrounding area to fit different budgets and preferences. This way, our guests can choose the accommodations that work best for them. We recommend booking early to ensure the best rates and availability.

CAN WE GIVE CASH INSTEAD OF A GIFT?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for! We do not expect gifts, but if you would like to bless us in some way, we are grateful for either a traditional gift or a monetary contribution. Please know that neither is necessary—your love and support mean the most to us.
