The two of them first became even aware that the other existed when Hannah stumbled across Nicholas on Hinge and saw a picture of him and became obsessed with the dog he was with. He was then the first one to reach out with conversation, with the first words being "Hiya!!!". Who made the first move at reaching out really depends on who you ask. During this time Hannah was living up north in Appleton, WI and Nicholas was finishing up school and about to start with the Milwaukee Fire Department. They talked on and off for about 1.5 years before finally meeting up for a date on December 14th, 2021. *hang on while I blow the dust off the outfit she had waiting around for that date*. It was not long before Hannah and Nicholas were officially dating after that December night and the two of them would take turns going up to each other's neck of the woods. After about a year, Hannah made the career move to switch hospitals and moved to Milwaukee where the two of them moved in together. Since then, they have had 2 apartments together and purchased their first home in September of 2024. Hannah's dream has always been to get engaged at a vineyard and he was able to perfectly pull it off in May of 2024, surrounded by their family and closest friends.
