When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The sooner the better, but please respond before July 1st, 2025 :) Please make sure your party’s headcount is as accurate as possible.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, if your children are listed on your RSVP, they are welcome to join us for the party! Please note: we will be celebrating our reception at a brewery, and all guests under 21 will be required to wear a bracelet identification to notify bartenders that they're underage. Both the bar, the minor guest, as well as Michelle and Travis can get in serious trouble if underage guests are caught with alcohol, so please respect these rules :)

If you've been allotted an additional guest on your RSVP, you are more than welcome to bring a date!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Ceremony: Please refer to the "Schedule" page of this website for a parking map. Reception: If you're staying at a hotel near downtown, we recommend parking there and walking/ubering to Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. Or, you can park in metered spaces on the street, or in various Public Parking lots downtown.

What if it rains?
Answer
At the moment, our Ceremony is outdoor - rain or shine - and the Reception is indoor with an outdoor balcony. We're looking into backup options for the ceremony still, so check back here for details!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately no there is not. Thank you for your understanding as we try to keep costs down! The Ceremony is roughly 25 mins from downtown Colorado Springs, where the Reception is, however many Ubers/Lyfts will not take rides or pickup from this area. We highly recommend carpooling with other guests and renting a car to get to the ceremony easily. Please check the Travel section of this website for recommendations on car rentals and discount codes. If you're not able to join us for the ceremony, please feel free to RSVP No to the Ceremony and Yes to the Reception. We completely understand the complexity of transportation!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please contact Michelle if you have any dietary preferences. We'll be serving a BBQ style buffet with BBQ chicken, pulled pork and brisket, with green beans and mac n cheese, and cupcakes for dessert. However if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc. we have two additional options you can request. Vegan: We have a Truffle Risotto with Sauteed Mushroom and a Mushroom Ragu with Polenta Gluten Free: Our BBQ items are already Gluten Free with the exception of the BBQ Sauce and the carb offerings (mac and cheese, rolls, etc.). A different BBQ sauce can be requested as needed. Please note: We are physically connected to our brewery and trace amounts of gluten can be found on surfaces/air in the restaurant. Should allergies be severe enough please notify us to ensure your safety. If it is more of a sensitivity or only when they ingest gluten, we are able to keep the meals safe from contamination.
