Question

Will there be a wedding ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will wed in a private ceremony prior to the 5 pm celebration.

Can I bring my children or additional guests?

Answer

Although we would love to invite all of your children plus a date, we must have a strict guest list due to venue space. ***We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invite.*** We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure you RSVP by Friday, November 1st so we can provide an accurate count to our venue for food and drinks.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no dress code, feel free to dress up! For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button-down shirt with pants. For women, we suggest a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates.

Am I allowed to bring alcohol into the venue?

Answer

We will be serving a selection of wine, beer and champagne as well as non-alcoholic beverages. You are allowed to bring in your own alcoholic beverages, but please note that no hard liquor is allowed in MPAC.

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Parking in downtown McKinney is first come, first served and spots directly around the building/on the square are limited. However, there are 2000+ parking spaces downtown and all lots and garages are within walking distance to MPAC. We recommend the Chestnut Parking Garage at 202 N. Chestnut Street McKinney, TX 75096. Upon arriving at the building, you can access the 1st floor/main floor of MPAC by climbing any of the exterior steps. What time should I arrive for Cocktail Hour?

Answer

The doors will open at 5 pm for cocktail hour and the newlyweds will make their grand entrance at 5:15 pm.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While we are thankful for having you celebrate with us, if you choose to purchase a gift we are registered at Amazon and Walmart.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP for the reception you can let us know if you have any dietary requests.
