We love kids! - We really do. But considering we're in New Orleans, we want our elopement to be your night off! Book that babysitter and join in on the fun.
Yes! I have some rooms blocked for guests that wish to stay in the same hotel. Please see the "Travel & Hotel" section of the website to find out how to book. If you choose to not use the hotel block, Please use this link here: https://zola.hotelplanner.com/EventPage6791499 , to find a hotel that best suits your accommodations, preferences, and price range.
Cocktail, please! But we want you to feel comfortable! So if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! Make sure to wear comfortable shoes since plenty of walking will be involved!
Since we are doing a very small elopement for close friends and family, we had to limit the amount of guests that we can invite to the ceremony itself. The venue will only allow a maximum of 15 guests and will not accommodate any additional people. Therefore, we cannot add any dates to our elopement guest list. But there is room at our small reception! Please let us know if you will bringing someone extra with you to the afterparty.
As much as we would love for everyone to ride together, unfortunately there will be no shuttle to the venue the day of the ceremony.
Depending on what you plan on doing, the short answer is - No. New Orleans is a very walkable city and you can easily get around by way of the trolleys or Ubers/Lyfts. But we definitely recommended bringing some comfortable walking shoes to get around. But plan accordingly!
We have only been to New Orleans once, but we immediately fell in love with the city! We love the food, atmosphere, and especially the haunted history within every inch of the city.
