Cheapest transportation from Cancun airport to Chiquila. Just keep in mind, terminal 2 ADO bus, will take you to the center of Cancun where you’ll have to take another bus directly to Chiquila (not recommended for those who can’t speak Spanish )

Recommend booking a private shuttle if flying in with a party of 3 or more. They typically run from $120 or more for a whole private shuttle one way.

HOLBOX ferry

There are 2 ferry companies that take you from Chiquila to Holbox: Holbox express ferry & 9 hermanos. They are both roughly $12 each person one way and cycle every half an hour until 9:00pm. You can either buy tickets online or in person. When you pay with card almost everywhere in Mexico, there is at a small charge, so we highly recommend take pesos out for the trip
