Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm and our wedding is at the Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona.

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Answer
Yes! However, please make sure to keep a close eye on your children. The wedding will be on a big property that a child could get lost. We would also appreciate it if you could please make sure that your child is seated, at the table, or by your side when necessary.

Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor-length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Please stay away from the colors red and white. Still unsure? Yes! The GreenTree Inn is 6 minutes from the venue. It is easiest to call the hotel directly to book a reservation. When making the reservation, please mention that you are a part of the group: Garcia-Skocypec-Wedding. You can reach them at (520) 868-9900. Please remember to book sooner rather than later as there is a certain number of rooms reserved for our wedding.

The GreenTree Inn is 6 minutes away from the venue! There's also a shuttle that will take us between the hotel and the venue!

Yes! We plan on having a cocktail hour after our ceremony.

What should I do about driving?What should I do about driving?
Answer
If you are staying at the hotel by the venue, there will be a shuttle exclusively for us that will take us to the venue and back to the hotel. We want to add that alcohol will be served at the wedding. So, if you are not staying at the hotel, please plan your ride home accordingly.

What if I don't RSVP in time?What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 4th. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark you as a "no." As our venue requires an exact guest count, this means you will not be able to attend the reception and ceremony. If you're unable to attend, we’ll miss you but completely understand. Should you need to update your RSVP after submission, please contact us directly.
