Where are the ceremony and reception locations?

Both events will take place at Equestria West at Bavaria Downs in Chaska, Minnesota! We’re hoping for beautiful weather, but rest assured that both events will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We want everyone to be comfortably seated before the celebration starts — thank you for being on time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our dress code is semi-formal. We invite guests to dress polished and elegant. Suits, midi or full-length gowns, and refined evening wear are all perfect choices. Our wedding party will be wearing sky blue and navy blue, if you'd prefer to avoid those colors.

Are children invited to the wedding?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our wedding a mostly adults-only celebration. Children who are invited will have their names included on the invitation. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax, celebrate, and have fun with us!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! We’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment, and we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us. Don’t worry — we’ll be sharing the beautiful photos afterward!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot right outside of the front of the venue. If you’re planning to drink, you’re welcome to leave your car parked at the venue overnight and arrange a ride through a rideshare service. Just be sure to pick up your car by the following day.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we do! You can find our wedding registry directly on our website — just head to the "Registry" section in the menu. We’re so grateful for your love and support, and we truly appreciate any gifts sent our way as we start this next chapter together!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
