We’d love for you to share this special experience with someone, so yes, bring a date! Just remember to RSVP for them so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Yes! We’ll have kid-friendly activities all weekend, and the resort’s kids club is out of this world. Fun for the little ones and peace of mind for the adults! On the day of the ceremony, the kids club is open until 10:30 pm for children 4 and up, and additional babysitting services are available for a fee if needed.

Answer

Guests may cancel their reservation up to January 15, 2026 to receive a full refund. Please note: Cancellations made after January 15, 2026 are non-refundable, and any deposit or payments made will not be returned.

Of course! We understand that plans can change. If you mean the main events, we just ask that you do your best to arrive on time so you don’t miss any of the special moments. If you mean the weekend accommodations, please let us know so we can adjust the numbers and send you an updated invoice.

Answer

The Hard Rock Resort is all in one location, so the ceremony, reception, and main events are within walking distance of your room. No extra transportation is needed, just bring your dancing shoes and beachy vibes!

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to find your seat and settle in before we begin.

Absolutely! The resort is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Just let us know when you RSVP or notify the restaurant staff when making your dinner reservations so they can prepare something safe and delicious for you.

Answer

Yes! The resort offers wi-fi throughout. Most areas include free access, but some premium services may be available for a fee.

What should I pack?What should I pack?

Answer

Pack for sun, sand, and celebration! Essentials include swimsuits, beachwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, comfortable shoes for excursions, dressy-but-beachy outfits for the ceremony, and something fun for the boat party. Don’t forget a light jacket or cover-up for cooler evenings, and your camera to capture all the memories!

Answer

Yes! The ceremony is dressy but beachy ... think light, airy fabrics, tropical colors, flowy dresses, linen shirts, and comfortable elegance perfect for a seaside setting.

What currency is used and are credit cards accepted?What currency is used and are credit cards accepted?

Answer

The local currency is the Dominican Peso (DOP), but US dollars are widely accepted at the resort. Most restaurants, bars, and shops also accept major credit cards. It’s a good idea to have some cash on hand for small purchases or tips.

What if we want to attend the events but stay somewhere else?What if we want to attend the events but stay somewhere else?

Answer

Absolutely! You can still join us for the celebrations. However, you’ll need to purchase a day pass for each day of the events you’d like to attend. Please note that the resort only allows up to 10% of our guest list to use day passes, so availability is limited. If you’re interested, let us know as soon as possible so we can help coordinate!
