How do I RSVP?

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM PST, but guests should arrive at 3:45 PM PST at the latest in order to get seated and settled. The Primrose Courtyard doors will lock at 4:00 PM PST sharp.

When should I arrive in Las Vegas?

Answer

The bride and groom will arrive in Las Vegas Wednesday evening and depart on Sunday morning (October 7th - October 11th). All of the wedding events will be on October 10th so there is no need to arrive or depart on specific dates. Feel free to spend extra days in Las Vegas however you’d like, and if you arrive early, you can find us at Mandalay Bay.

How do I find the Primrose Courtyard?

Answer

To find the Primrose Courtyard, head through the Wynn Main Entrance and turn left at Dior, turn right after Red 8, left at Wing Lei, and down the hallway to the right to find the Wedding Salons. The Primrose Courtyard will be straight through the doors until you get outside. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Las Vegas in October should have pleasant, warm days and cool evenings, with highs of low 80s and lows of low 50s. The temperature at the time of the ceremony should be in the 70s. Rain should not be expected.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please come adorned in your best suit or dress. Note, the restaurant for our reception requires men to wear closed toed shoes and a dress shirt. Also make sure that you are comfortably dressed for the weather.

Are children welcome?

Answer

In order to allow our guests to enjoy the celebration responsibility-free, we are not inviting young children to the wedding. If this should make your plans difficult, please contact us directly.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Staying at the Wynn is not required. The bride and groom are staying at Mandalay Bay, and there are dozens of other hotel options within walking distance or a short ride to the Wynn. We will also provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception dinner. If you'd like to stay at the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas, please call the Small Groups Department at (702) 770-2223 between the hours of 9:00 AM PST – 5:00 PM PST (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST) Monday through Friday. Provide the agent the name of the wedding (GABRIEL/GARCIA), the WYNNWED rate code, and your dates of stay. Please note, the Wynn Wed Code will not apply to on-line reservations. How do I watch the wedding virtually?

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM PST/7:00 PM EST. A link will be provided to view the stream (a recording will be available for 60 days).

Do you have a registry?

Answer

No, and we are not accepting any gifts or money. Our only focus is celebrating with our loved ones.

When and where is the reception?

Answer

We are having a private dinner at The Golden Steer from 5:30 PM PST to 8:30 PM PST. The address is: 308 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102

How do I get to the reception dinner?

Answer

Please head to the main entrance after the ceremony is over. We recommend rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft, but we will look into shuttle options. More to come.

Question

What are the plans after dinner?

Answer

We will take a karaoke party bus down the Las Vegas strip with anyone who would like to continue celebrating after dinner. If anyone would like to retire to their room right after dinner, please feel free to do so. For those on the bus, we will drop off those who'd like to return to their hotel, and the remaining group will be dropped off at a casino or lounge.
