Beach BonFire & Crawfish Boil

Casual-Beach attire

We will be having a welcome dinner on Friday evening, starting at 5:30. Feel free to come by early and get in a little beach time!! Beer and Wine provided. If you prefer another beverage, please BYOB. We will have a refrigerated trailer and are happy to chill your beverages! Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. It is a traditional Crawfish & Shrimp Boil with fixins, including corn, potatoes, sausage and mushrooms. *for Aimee’s fellow “Yankees” it’s a clambake* 😊 Bonfire at dusk. Transportation will be provided from Beau Rivage at 4:45 pm and return at 10pm. We have estimated the transportation needs from those confirmed reservations at the Beau Rivage and those we know of nearby. If you are not staying at the Beau Rivage and would like to take advantage of the transportation, please message Aimee or David to confirm if you haven’t already or are unsure, as we want to make sure we have acquired the right amount of space.

Semi-Formal- Outside event

Transportation will be provided from Beau Rivage to Beauvoir at 4:45pm. Ceremony will begin at 5:30pm followed by a cocktail hour at 6pm. The house will be open for tours from 6-7pm. Enjoy a cocktail and tour the beautiful home. Dinner will begin at 7pm. Followed by dancing, more drinking and a photo booth to capture all the crazy!! Don't forget to share your photos with us throughout the week using our hashtag #ourcardboardbox on social media or drop them into the shared apple or google photos folders we've set up.
