For everyone traveling into town on Friday, November 26th, please join us for drinks and desserts Friday evening. Following completion of the Welcome Party, a trolley will shuttle guests back to the Sonesta Resort (Hilton Head Island) and Courtyard by Marriott (Hilton Head Island).

Black-tie
Trolley shuttles have been arranged to help transport guests to the Ceremony. Trollies will pick up guests and depart from the Sonesta Resort (Hilton Head Island) and Courtyard by Marriott (Hilton Head Island) at 2:45pm. Please plan on arriving at the Long Cove Club (399 Long Cove Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928) between 3:05 - 3:35pm. If you are driving to Long Cove Club yourself, please park in the clubhouse parking lot. Starting at 3:15pm, trollies will be picking up guests from the Long Cove Club parking lot and transporting them to the ceremony location.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the Ceremony, guests will be transported via trolley back to Long Cove Club for Cocktail Hour. Hors d'oeurvres will be served in addition to cocktails.
5:45 pm - 8:00 pm
For invited guests, trolley shuttles have been arranged to help transport guests to the Rehearsal Dinner. The trolley will pick up guests and depart from the Sonesta Resort (Hilton Head Island) at 5:20pm. The trolley will pick up guests and depart from Courtyard by Marriott (Hilton Head Island) at 5:30pm. Following completion of the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party, a trolley will shuttle guests back to each of these respective hotels.
6:00 pm

Following the completion of the Reception, one trolley will be transporting guests back to the Courtyard by Marriott (Hilton Head Island) while another trolley will be transporting guests back to Sonesta Resort (Hilton Head Island).
