The Wedding Website of Kellie Holland and Garrett Tucker

Travel Note

But First…

We both recognize what a huge ask it is for our family to travel so far for our big day. This has been a dream of ours and we truly have zero expectations for attendance. We want to say thank you so much for your time and consideration in advance, whether you are able to attend or not! We look forward to celebrating with you all, near or afar!

Flight

Travel in Washington

You can fly into Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) or Bellingham (BLI) - we recommend checking Southwest, American, or Alaska Airlines. SEA is about 1 hr 45 min drive south of Bellingham (where our week begins). Alaska Airlines offers connecting flights to BLI.

Rental Car

Getting Around

We recommend renting a car to explore the many sights and to reach the ceremony. In Seattle (SEA) and Bellingham (BLI), options include Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Alamo, and National, plus peer-to-peer rentals through Turo (we use this). Seattle -> Bellingham: 1.5-2 hr drive Bellingham -> Picture Lake Viewpoint: ~1 hour drive

Travel Note

Getting to the Ceremony

The ceremony will take place at Picture Lake along the Mount Baker Scenic Highway. Parking is roadside along the lake. There are four different entrance points to the path. Because the area is popular with visitors, we recommend arriving early and carpooling when possible. The ceremony site is a short walk from the parking area.
