Can I bring my kids?

Answer

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only (18+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night! With the exception of wedding party’s kids.

What is the theme?

Our wedding theme embraces an elegant fairy princess aesthetic, featuring a soft and romantic color palette of pastel pink, purple, and periwinkle.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Please note that this is a private event and is invitation only.

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

Yes, you can definitely BYOB. Unfortunately the Venue does not have a liquor license so we can’t bring liquor on the premises at any time or on the lot. Please only bring Beer, Wine, or Champagne..!! Thank you!

What time should Guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This allows ample time to sign guest books, place cards, and comfortably find your seat. Please note that the doors will be locked precisely at 3:15 pm, as the ceremony is scheduled to start at 3:25 pm. Guests arriving after the doors are closed will need to wait outside until the ceremony concludes.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

For our wedding, we're embracing a black tie dress code. Gentlemen should wear suits and ties, while ladies are encouraged to wear elegant floor-length formal gowns. This is your moment to dress to the nines—we can't wait to see everyone looking their absolute best!

Where is the ceremony and reception being held?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at the same beautiful venue, offering a seamless and elegant celebration for our guests.

Is the event indoors, outdoors, or both?

Answer

Because it takes place in the middle of summer. Our wedding will be held entirely indoors, with comfortable air conditioning. While the ceremony and reception are inside, guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces as they wish during the event.

What happens if I can’t attend after RSVPing “yes”?

Answer

If you find yourself unable to attend after RSVPing "yes," please don't worry. Our buffet-style reception means that your absence won't impact our catering arrangements or overall event planning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ll have an unplugged ceremony. While we appreciate your excitement to capture our special moment, we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will document every beautiful detail. After the bridal party arrives at the altar, we'll provide a brief opportunity for guests to take a quick picture.

What if I can’t make it in time to the ceremony?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you're unable to attend the ceremony, you're still warmly invited to join us for the reception and celebration after the ceremony!

Yes, our venue offers convenient on-site parking with ample space for all of our guests.

Why in the Summer?

Answer

We've selected a summer wedding date to make travel easier for our out-of-town family members. While maintaining our Spring color palette, we chose this time when children are out of school, allowing our loved ones to attend without childcare concerns.
