Best Man
My older brother and only sibling, Brian and I grew up side by side and got along well enough that after college, we lived together for four years in the South loop.
Maid of Honor
Shade and I took an art class together at Evanston township high school junior year. I had just moved to Evanston, IL that fall from Irvine, CA. We became fast friends and had a great time hanging out with each other ever since. She's my best friend and has always been there for me, can't wait to celebrate my big day with her by my side.
Groomsman
Koza and I met in the seventh grade, and when the time came to move out for college, we both ended up going to Marquette where we lived together for two of our four years. I was honored to stand up in his wedding this March and am thrilled that he will be standing up in mine.
Bridesmaid
Amelia sat behind me in home room at Evanston township high school. She's always so funny and kind. She loves to party, is always full of joy and such a great friend. Now, she's happily married, living with her husband in LA, California. Originated from Uganda, I'm glad the universe brought her to me.
Groomsman
Moe and I have been friends since he moved to our town in the fifth grade. Growing up, we lived just a few blocks apart, and after college, we both ended up Chicago's South Loop, again just a few blocks apart.
Groomsman
Paul and I go way back, all the way to kindergarten. Over the years, we have always spent our time off together, going to games, concerts, shows, or just hanging out. The one common denominator is that no matter where we are, we always share a ton of laughs.
Bridesmaid
We had lunch together though out high school. Totally forgot how we met, but she was one of my closest friends. We had a lot of fun trying out different restaurants and exploring the city back then. Had a very fun prom night together with the rest of our friends. She works harder than anyone I know and always fun to be around.
Groomsman
Matt and I met in the seventh grade and have probably eaten a literal ton of breakfast food together over the years. Before our breakfast addiction began, we rode hundreds of miles on our bikes through the local forests and even spent a summer working together at our town's park district.
Officiant
We met Lindsey when she started dating the groomsman, Dan Koza. She was a wonderful addition to our tightly knit circle of friends and her and Dan have always been very warm and welcoming. After the pleasure of attending their wedding earlier this year, Lindsey was the obvious choice to officiate for us.
