I think everyone can agree that 2020 sucked. Tyler tried a few different times to get his proposal plans off the ground until finally in September we traveled to one of our favorite places, Cannon Beach, OR for a last minute Labor Day getaway. On the second night we were there, we walked from our hotel down to the beach where friends and families were gathered tending to fires, roasting marshmallows and listening to the waves roll in. A nice family informed us they were leaving their spot and told us we could take their place at their campfire. Once we laid out our blanket and got comfortable, Tyler said "Honey I think you know whats coming. Do you need me to get down on one knee?" I laughed and said no. Tyler pulled out the ring and asked if I would marry him and I said yes. Even though it wasn't a surprise, Tyler did his absolute best to make it special and memorable. We are hoping to make our wedding day the same and we are excited to share our day with you!
