However, if you prefer you call the hotel Directly at (845)-513-8400, select Option “0” and provide them with “Gannon Santos wedding” so they can help you book one of the rooms we have blocked for our guests. You have the option to book just one night (Saturday to Sunday) or two (Friday to Sunday) to make sure you are on time to the ceremony. If you have any question please contact the bride at 207-385-7168 so she can help you! Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and Hotel approval. Don’t worry we will let you know if early check-in will be available! To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, a shuttle service has been arranged, as personal vehicles are not permitted on the venue’s property. The first shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:00 PM. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to park there and take the shuttle. After 3:00 PM, the shuttle will run continuously throughout the evening, making trips to and from the venue for those arriving later. We encourage everyone to stay and celebrate with us for as long as possible but the shuttle will continue throughout the night if anyone needs to depart early. If you plan to stay for the AFTER PARTY, the shuttle will also be available after hours.

Para garantizar una experiencia fluida para todos los invitados, tendremos un servicio de transporte, ya que no se permite el acceso de vehículos personales en la propiedad del evento. El primer transporte saldrá del hotel a las 3:00 PM. Incluso si no se está hospedado en el hotel, puede estacionarse alla y tomar el transporte. Después de las 3:00 PM, el transporte funcionará continuamente durante toda la noche, realizando viajes de ida y vuelta al lugar para aquellos que lleguen más tarde. Les animamos a quedarse y celebrar con nosotros el mayor tiempo posible, pero el transporte continuará durante toda la noche para aquellos que necesiten irse temprano. Si planea quedarse para el AFTER PARTY, el servicio de transporte también estará disponible después de la fiesta.
