Are kids welcome?

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

Is there transportation to and from the apartments to the ceremony?

Answer

The transportation from and to the furthest apartment from Villa Lena (15 mins walk away) to the ceremony will be provided for the wedding day

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Check is in from 3pm on Friday July 5th but you can arrive earlier and enjoy the views if you wish. We recommend that you arrive at least an hour before the start of the welcome dinner to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the pizza party started as scheduled!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Are we all staying at Villa Lena?

Answer

Yes, Villa Lena has been fully reserved for our guests to stay in, you will be allocated your room at check in

What will we do for food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served for the whole wedding weekend across the events in the schedule tab including breakfast at the restaurant Saturday-Monday. Some apartments also come with kitchen facilities. We will share the menu and if you have specific dietary requirements please add it to the google doc at the top of this page.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Yes, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

If you plan to rent a car, there is a lot of parking slots available for the guests and it's free.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is planned to be outdoors, if weather allows. It will be hot!
