What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. Guests may begin arriving at 4:00 PM.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Bakers Ranch, 5015 Fort Hammer Rd, Parrish, Florida 34219. Signs and ushers will guide you to the right place.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dress. Please dress comfortably for the season and the venue.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. Attendants will be present to assist.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but we kindly request an adult-only celebration (unless otherwise noted on your invitation). Thank you for understanding!

Absolutely! We will have a cocktail hour and dinner. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception indoors (and the option to hang outside as well).

What are the best travel options?

Answer

For those of you who are flying in, Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is your closest option. Tampa Airport is also relatively close.
