Question

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Rose Oak Acres has a covered patio area with garage-like doors on three sides that we can raise or lower based on our preference. So unless it becomes super duper cold the day of, the ceremony will be outside! The reception will be indoors.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be at Rose Oak Acres in St. James, Missouri.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There’s a lot on-site.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Sort of. We will have snacks available in between the ceremony and reception, but nothing super fancy. Drinks will also be available. There's also a patch of grass for lawn games we will ask friends to bring, and cards will be available inside the reception space.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will mark on your RSVP if you can bring a guest. We are tight on space so we have to limit plus 1s if we don’t already know them.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you have kids, they are included on your RSVP already. You can choose to bring them or make it a date night out, but we welcome the kids if you want to bring them! Please make sure to mark on the RSVP accordingly whether or not you choose to bring them. Be aware, kids 2 and up will have their own chair. There will not be high chairs so kids under 2 will need to be in a lap! Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns!

What’s on the menu?

Dinner: from B&B BBQ Catering Honey glazed turkey Pulled pork Broccoli rice Twice mashed potatoes Green beans Rolls For cocktail hour, there will be a popcorn bar and some grab and go snacks!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Rebecca’s best friend from elementary school will be bartending. We encourage you to tip her. We will have beer, wine, whiskey, bourbon, seltzers, plus soft drinks.

What’s the dress code?

Semi formal! Fun socks are encouraged!

Please RSVP by the date on the QR code sheet that will be sent along with your invite!

We are registered through Amazon and Target. However, we have both registries linked through the “Registry” tab on this website!
