We'd never ask you to travel somewhere if we thought it wouldn't be safe. The neighborhood we're staying in (La Roma) is super safe and a trendy part of town so you'll likely see people out and about all the time. That said, just be careful like you would in any city.
No, it's not safe to drink the tap water but we'll provide you with some bottled water. We recommend grabbing some extras from the hotel or nearby corner shops.
Yeah it’s customary to tip at restaurants, bars and taxi drivers. Anywhere between 10-15% is normal, 20% if the service was really good!

Check your country's travel advisory page closer to the date to see the most up to date information. If you do need a COVID test, the hotel can easily and happily arrange it for you. They will likely have someone come to the hotel, if not your hotel room!
