Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are having an adults-only reception. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still make it.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest dressy casual with modest dress. Although the couple wants everyone to be comfortable, please no jeans or shorts. Gentleman you can forgo the suit or tuxedo, ties and jackets are optional. Ladies a nice dress, dress suit, or even slacks and a blouse, please be comfortable. Flat shoes or a wedge heel would be best for the venue as there are areas stilettos would get stuck. It is May, so temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, since the reception will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 17, 2019 You can either mail back the RSVP card you received or simply hit the RSVP link at the top of our webpage and type your name in there. Please just make sure you do one or the other by April 17, as all meals and seating will be based off the number of RSVPs. Please make a note if you will be using the shuttle arrangements from the hotel to wedding location and back.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m on May 4. We kindly ask guests to arrive the latest 10-15 minutes and no earlier than 30 mins prior to grab a drink and start mingling on the dock or beach.

What if I am running late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at four o'clock in the afternoon. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to enter into the ceremony. However, there will be a nearby waiting area in which you may have a partial view of the ceremony. You are welcome to wait in this area until the completion of the ceremony so you may join the couple for the reception. Please make plans to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, guests will be able to start arriving as early as three-thirty.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding location leaving at 3:00pm, for a 3:30pm arrival time. The shuttle will be departing the wedding location about 9:30pm back to the hotel. Please make a note on your RSVP if you will be using the shuttle arrangements.

Where should we park?

Answer

If you will not using the shuttle, there will be an area designated for parking at the property. Please only park there to be sure you're not blocking the neighbors access to their drive as well as the shuttles access for the arriving and departing guests.
