What is the Dress Code

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Men should wear a suit with a shirt and tie (if they don’t wish to wear a tuxedo). Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The Ceremony will be held inside at the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception at The University of Saint Mary of the Lake. Cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) on the Patio and Gardens at Cuneo Mansion. The Reception will be indoors.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be available from the Hotel to Cuneo Mansion prior to the reception and then from Cuneo back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please keep in mind there will be no shuttle service to/from the Ceremony.

What should we do between the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Our Ceremony is scheduled to end at 3pm, and cocktail hour begins at 5pm at Cuneo. In between we welcome guests to enjoy the hotel's bar while awaiting shuttle service to Cuneo Mansion.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony - Please enter off of Route 45 (Map to Dunbar/University) and utilize the Purple Lot. Reception - Parking onsite.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask you to refrain from taking pictures or videos before and during the ceremony! We will have a team of Photographers and Videographers there to take care of that! Anytime after the ceremony, please take as many pictures/videos as you'd like, we'd love to see all of them afterwards!
