FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaitlyn Toms and Trevor Jones
Question

Is the Venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The venue is all outdoors... Please make sure to wear comfy shoes and possibly bring a jacket. We are hoping for it to be chilly outside, but it could be super cold... Florida is very temperamental.

Question

What is the color scheme?

Answer

Blue, Wine and Gold!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking area at the front of the property to the left when you pull in.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love kids, however, we are wanting to have more of an adult atmosphere. We are requesting no children under the age of 13, unless you are coming from out of state. We are hoping you enjoy this time as more of a date night!

Question

Do you mind if I take pictures?

Answer

Of course you can, but we would appreciate that you only take pictures during the reception, as we are wanting the ceremony to be very intimate. We also want to make sure that our amazing photographers are able to get all the shots that they need. If you do take photos and post them on social media such as Facebook or Instagram, please tag Trevor and I in them and use our wedding hashtag #gameofjones2019 so we can see them!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Your RSVP card also tells you how many guests are invited.

Question

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Dark Jackets and Slacks are also welcome. No Jeans please! Ladies, you may not want to wear your fancy heels since the venue is all outside.
