Miguel was born on the island of the Dominican Republic. His mom was in labor and took a taxi with his father. Unfortunately, they did not make it and he was born in the street. Literally, the middle of the street where cars drive. He was brought to the west side of Manchester when he was 5 years old.

Olivia was born at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester. It was a typical birth except that she was yellow. After she healed up, she went home. There were no taxi's involved.

Miguel is a middle child and describes himself as "aggressively mediocre". Olivia thinks this is ridiculous because she thinks Miguel is "super cool". Miguel went to school in Manchester and in second grade, developed his first crush, Amy Jo Johnson, the pink power ranger. He graduated from West High School in 2006. He then spent 4 years trying to figure himself out before joining the United States Marine Corps in 2010. He left the USMC in 2014 and we thank him for his service to his country. He then got a job at the NH Department of Corrections where he met the actual love of his life.

Olivia is an only child and describes herself as "decidedly average". Miguel disagrees because he thinks Olivia is "exceedingly unobjectionable". Olivia went to school in Manchester and graduated from Memorial High School in 2006. She went to UNH and graduated in 2010. A couple years later she decided she hated her field and became an EMT. During EMT training she discovered that nurses make more money and applied to nursing school. After nursing school, she got a job at the NH Department of Corrections where she met the man who would low-key stalk her for approximately 3 months.

Miguel had to prove to Olivia that he was not trying to be annoying but that he actually really liked her. After three months of "will you go out with me" and "are you sure you don't want to go out with me", he finally wore her down and Olivia said yes. They started dating in March of 2016 and bought a house in January of 2018. They will officially be Mr. and Mrs. Rubio in April 2023. Can everyone say "FINALLY"!?
