Kristen and John met the old fashioned way, 4th of July weekend 2019 DJ Nicky D (shoutout best man) was the headliner of Benjamin's on Franklin. Mutual friends recognizing each other brought the two groups together where John had eyes for Kristen. But as the end of the night fast approached, John and Kristen never exchanged contact information. John, being determined took to social media to hunt down Kristen. After texting and snapchatting while Kristen spent the rest of the summer traveling through Europe, they decided the best place to meet up would be the one, the only Great New York State Fair! October 2019, after many months of dates, they made things official. The two spent the next few years going on trips, playing trivia and spending time with their friends. In January of 2025, John dramatically fell on the ice rink as he proposed, which was obviously answered with a yes. We cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of the important people in our lives who have played a part in our love story!
